Return & Refund Policy

At Rainor, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality Mobile Chargers, SMPS Adaptors, Data Cables, Extension Boards, and related products. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective or not functioning as intended.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and invoices.
  • Show no signs of misuse, modification, or physical damage caused after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products showing signs of physical damage after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Customized, OEM, or ODM products manufactured to customer specifications, unless defective.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement request:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your order number, invoice, and a description of the issue.
  3. Include photographs or videos showing the defect or damage, where applicable.
  4. Wait for approval and return instructions from our support team.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Inspection and Approval

Once the returned product is received, Rainor will inspect the item to verify the reported issue. Approval of a refund, replacement, or repair is subject to the inspection results.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
  • Shipping charges, handling fees, or other service charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacements

Where applicable, Rainor may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacement products are subject to stock availability.

Warranty Claims

Products covered under a valid warranty may be repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms provided with the product.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Improper usage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, Rainor may bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
